The Senior Sales Manager plays a key role in driving Hyatt Regency Malta’s commercial performance by strengthening client relationships, expanding market reach, and maximising revenue across key segments. You will identify and develop new business, manage key accounts, prepare proposals and presentations, analyse segment performance, and collaborate closely with both local and international partners. Strong communication skills, structured organisation, and the ability to coordinate client needs with hotel operations are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct sales calls and client meetings following Hyatt Consultative and SMART Selling principles.
• Develop new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
• Manage key accounts and prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Host site inspections, support VIP arrivals, and represent the hotel at trade events.
• Build and maintain contacts to secure future business opportunities.
