Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic and specialty drinks, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Offer informed recommendations based on guest preferences, flavour profiles, and food pairings to create a personalised and memorable experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in beverage preparation, mixing, garnishing, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every serve.
- Communicate knowledgeably about the restaurant’s beverage program, enhancing guests’ understanding and appreciation of our offerings
- Engage warmly and professionally with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Accurately take and process guest orders, collaborating seamlessly with Front of House colleagues to ensure efficient service flow.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar at all times, ensuring readiness for service and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and coordinate with the Head Bartender to manage stock and place timely orders.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system when required.
- Stay current with emerging trends, products, and innovations within the beverage industry.
- Provides input to the development of the beverage menu by proposing seasonal, innovative, and unique drink concepts.
- Uphold strict quality control measures, including precise measurements, recipe adherence, and cleanliness standards.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
