Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining Michelin standards.
- Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and service flow with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service excellence.
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager when required.
