Your Mission:
Bring Eko Savannah to life, become its spirit and its voice - Tamarin – Mauritius
- Lead the opening and the overall management of the resort, delivering a 5-star guest experience and driving business performance across all areas:
- Oversee daily operations: villas, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge/reception
- Boost accommodation revenue with creative packages, themed stays, retreats
- Position Le Boma restaurant as a must-visit culinary destination
- Launch and grow the wellness & fitness offers
- Make the business center a go-to place for coworking & corporate events
- Build trust with villa owners and ensure smooth coordination with the syndic
- Recruit, train, and inspire your teams
- Manage budgets and KPIs for each profit centre
- Champion sustainability and local engagement initiatives
