Job Description
The Trainee will assist in daily operations of the assigned department while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the trainee will learn and apply Constance Hotels & Resorts’ standards of excellence in service, guest care, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the department in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Observe, learn, and apply Constance service standards and procedures.
Assist in handling guest requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in the work area.
Participate actively in training sessions and departmental meetings.
Cooperate with team members to achieve departmental and hotel goals.
Report any operational issues to the supervisor or manager on duty.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and brand values.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognised hospitality or tourism management programme.
Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit.
Good command of English and French (additional languages will be an advantage).
Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanour.
