The VIP Concierge's expectations are to provide the highest level of personalized 5 Star service for our Suite and Bungalows guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact all Suite and Bungalow guests before their arrival to assist them preparing for their stay.
- Make bookings and coordinate guest itineraries.
- Recommend all outlets of the hotel to maximize hotel revenue.
- Build relationships with local vendors to ensure our VIP guests receive the best service all around the island.
- Coordinate guests’ arrival amenities and personal touches throughout their stay.
- Greet guests upon arrival and be their point of contact throughout their stay.
- Identify and resolve all guest opportunities to their satisfaction.
- Provide a fond farewell to all guests and ensure they had a memorable stay.
