InterContinental Malta is looking for charming, confident and internationally minded people who do all they can do to exceed guest expectations.
We are seeking Commis Chefs to join our professional and driven Culinary team and assist in the daily food preparation and presentation for a number of food and beverage outlets within the hotel. There are a number of exciting opportunities available including breakfast Commis Chef, Garde Mange Commis Chef as well as Overnight Chef. Within this role, you will be responsible of the preparation of all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets.

Ideally you'll have at least one year experience in a similar role in a well-established, demanding kitchen environment. You will also be motivated, creative and have a real passion for food. Candidates must be able to work under pressure, possess basic food hygiene, effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
