The Arabic-Speaking Butler is responsible for delivering outstanding, personalized service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction in line with established SOPs. This role plays a key part in creating memorable and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and exceptional butler services, ensuring all guest needs are met with precision and attention to detail.
- Supervise the smooth execution of guest services, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain high hygiene standards and comply with all F&B SOPs to provide safe, high-quality service.
- Set up and clear restaurant dining areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable, tailored experiences.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests in accordance with resort standards.
- Assist with special guest arrangements, including reservations, activities, excursions, and events.
- Manage inventory and supplies related to butler operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to swim
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly guest-focused with a passion for personalized service
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Flexible and adaptable to various work situations
- Ability to perform well under pressure within a multicultural team
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
