We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in keeping our sales and event operations running smoothly. If you love coordinating details, supporting sales processes, and helping to bring exceptional events to life, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Events team across all stages of the sales process.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals and contracts, ensuring timely client responses and maximizing conversions.
- Organise and coordinate site inspections, client visits, and food tastings in collaboration with the Sales and Operations teams.
- Prepare and distribute Function Sheets (BEOs) and ensure all event details are accurately recorded.
- Schedule and coordinate internal event meetings, ensuring all departments are aligned on upcoming functions.
- Maintain and update the Function Diary, sales systems, and client databases (e.g. OPERA Sales & Catering or similar CRMs) to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and client use.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, the Sales team, and the Operations department, ensuring smooth communication and flawless event delivery.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, performance tracking, and follow-up activities to help achieve departmental goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales coordination, event administration, or catering support within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with OPERA Sales & Catering or similar CRM systems.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive, and service-oriented approach with a passion for teamwork and client satisfaction.
