Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of your section, preparing and presenting standout dishes that delight every time.
- Ensure all food meets the highest standards both in taste and presentation, in line with our brand and health & safety regulations.
- Keep an eye on portions and minimize waste to help us stay sustainable and profitable.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, even during our busiest moments.
- Jump in and support other sections when needed. We’re all about teamwork.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a confident Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Cool under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
- A natural communicator who works well with others.
- A real passion for food, detail, and creating memorable dishes.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
