As Assistant Restaurant Manager at IHG Hotel Resorts, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets. - Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Assist in leading, coaching, and developing team members to create a highly engaged and productive work environment.
- Help drive outlet profitability by upselling, monitoring sales, and contributing to innovative revenue-generating ideas.
- Uphold IHG brand and service standards, ensuring policies, quality benchmarks, and operating procedures are consistently followed.
- Maintain all restaurant areas in a clean, safe, and visually appealing condition.
- Engage with guests, responding quickly to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules, coordinating training plans, and managing labor and operational costs in line with budget expectations.
- Collaborate with the wider F&B team to maximize cross-outlet efficiencies and optimize staff resources.
