Job Description
Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a dedicated Villa Host with Russian language skills to join our esteemed team. As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Welcome and assist Russian-speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional greeting
- Conduct personalised villa orientations, explaining amenities and services available
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs throughout their stay, acting as their dedicated liaison
- Coordinate and book various services such as dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future reference
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote resort facilities and services to maximise guest experience and revenue
- Assist with check-out procedures and farewell guests in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the villa area
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements :
- Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service industry is preferred
- Secondary education or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality management is desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and guest information
- Knowledge of Seychelles culture and attractions is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanour
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
