We are pleased to offer Resort Assistant positions across our three resorts: Val d’Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel.
Role Overview:
This is a varied and hands-on role that supports our resort teams in delivering a 5-star guest experience. As part of our Resort Assistant team, you will work across both serviced apartments and catered chalets.
The primary focus of this role is to provide meticulous housekeeping for guests in the serviced apartments, while also assisting the chalet teams with all elements of the hosting service.
Main Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:
- Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a midweek linen change.
- Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas, kitchen and the spa area.
- Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient.

Stock: Co-ordination of stock and linen required in the property, as well as monitoring laundry standards of external supplier and reporting any issues.

Shopping: Assisting with daily bread deliveries and guest grocery shopping.

Maintenance: Completing daily checks of property and reporting any damage or issues to the Apartment Manager.

Health & Safety: Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Driving Duties: Providing the in-resort driving service for guests as needed.

Guest Concierge: Covering the phone available to guests on managers day off.

Chalet Service: Includes serving breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal service.

- Hold an EU passport or a French Carte de Séjour
- Have a full driving licence held for at least 2 years
- Be over 21 years old (for vehicle insurance purposes)
