Our aim is to deliver the best value catered chalet holidays in the alps - and providing scrumptious wholesome food is part of that.
The chefs primary responsibility is the cooking the Snow Retreat menu (which is provided) serving beautifully presented, appetizing food in an customer facing kitchen. All supplies are delivered to resort, meaning more time for our team to enjoy mountain life.
Requirements
ALL PASSPORT CONSIDERED - Those without EU passports or current right to work in France (so UK / Australian etc.) will be required to go through the relevant VISA process.
Having catering or kitchen employment experience is necessary for the chalet chef position, you should have a passion for cooking and be able to confidently cook great family food for 10 people or more.
Our chefs:
- Love cooking and can cook wholesome dishes for a party of people.
- Must be able to cook the Snow Retreat menu.
- Have the skills to work efficiently in the kitchen (knife skills, multitasking, organised)
- Have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Have pride in their work
- Be able to work in a customer facing kitchen
