We are pleased to offer Chalet Host positions across our three resorts: Val d’Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel.
Role Overview:
This is a dynamic and hands-on position, supporting the Chalet Manager and wider team in delivering an exceptional 5-star guest experience. The primary focus is on outstanding customer service, with the key aim of providing world-class hospitality and creating unforgettable moments for every guest.
As a Chalet Host, you will take responsibility for both front-of-house duties and housekeeping services. This is a highly rewarding role involving frequent interaction with both guests and team members. You will work a variety of shifts as part of a collaborative team, covering the full range of services outlined below.
Main Responsibilities:

Breakfast Service: Preparing the dining area, warmly welcoming and seating guests, and taking orders for hot food and beverages.

Afternoon Tea: Presenting a light meal comprising one sweet and one savoury item, accompanied by drinks as requested by guests.

Evening Service: Delivering a formal dining experience, including canapés, a bespoke chef-designed menu tailored to guests’ preferences, and expertly paired wines.

Housekeeping:
- Conducting a thorough weekly changeover clean of the entire property and a midweek linen change.
- Providing daily housekeeping for all guest areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, ski room, living areas and the spa area.
- Ensuring the back-of-house and laundry areas remain clean, well-organised, and efficient.
- Daily evening turndown service (Ultimate Chalets only).

Guest Communication: Proactively engaging with guests to address queries and fulfil special requests promptly.

Chalet Maintenance: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner to the chalet manager.

Health & Safety: Upholding hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Supplier Relations: Supporting and enhancing relationships with local suppliers where appropriate.

Driving Duties: Providing the in-resort driving service for guests as needed.

Environmental Responsibility: Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and actively supporting Consensio’s environmental initiatives.
