What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort within a hotel environment.
As a Housekeeping Intern, you will assist the housekeeping team in ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and presented to the hotel’s standards. You’ll play an important role in creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor and the housekeeping team.
Your daily tasks
•Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
•Replenish amenities, towels, and linens as required.
•Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
•Support the team in handling laundry, linen, and cleaning supplies.
•Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
•Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding to their requests when necessary.
•Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel.

Schedule & Hours
•40 hours per week, based on a 5-day schedule (including weekends)
•1.75 days of annual leave accrued per month
