What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in providing excellent service in a food and beverage setting. As a Waiter Intern, you will assist the restaurant and F&B team in delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience. You will gain hands-on experience in guest interaction, order management, and the overall operations of a professional dining environment. You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor and the restaurant team.
Your daily tasks
•Greet and seat guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
•Serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
•Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-presented always.
•Assist in setting up and clearing tables according to restaurant standards.
•
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
•Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures, as well as hotel policies.
•Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies when necessary.

Schedule & Hours
•40 hours per week, based on a 5-day schedule (including weekends)
•1.75 days of annual leave accrued per month
