Title: F&B Department Internship for Thanos Hotels & Resorts, Cyprus
What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in providing excellent service in a food and beverage setting. As an F&B Intern, you will assist the restaurant and F&B team in delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience. You will gain hands-on experience in guest interaction, order management, and the overall operations of a professional dining environment. You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor and the restaurant team.
Your daily tasks
•Warmly greet guests and guide them to their seats in a friendly and professional manner.
•Support the service team by delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area at all times.
•Assist in setting up, arranging, and clearing tables according to restaurant and hotel standards.
•Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
•Adhere to all hygiene, health, safety regulations, and hotel policies.
•Help with basic inventory tasks, including restocking supplies and ensuring items are readily available.

Schedule & Hours
•40 hours per week, based on a 5-day schedule (including weekends)
•1.75 days of annual leave accrued per month
