Job Description
Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in the Seychelles, is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer who is fluent in French and Arabic. This role is pivotal in ensuring our esteemed guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French and Arabic-speaking guests, addressing their queries and requests
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfil guest requirements and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for guests
- Manage guest feedback and complaints, taking appropriate action to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Organise and coordinate special events or arrangements for guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel management system
- Promote additional services and upsell when appropriate
- Ensure all interactions reflect the resort's commitment to luxury and personalised service
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements :
- Fluency in French and Arabic, with excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a luxury resort setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanour
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in computer systems, including hotel management software
- Knowledge of the Seychelles tourism industry and local attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
