Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding service and exceptional experience to all our guests.
- Manage the operation flow, ensuring all resort policies, procedures, regulations, and standards are followed.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Front office services.
- Utilise multi-tasking skills and ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Create memorable and unique experiences for guests based on their preferences and ensure all guests' complaints are handled by respective departments, being visible when any assistance is needed.
- Exhibit flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Ensure smooth communication between all departments.
- Collaborate with Reception to ensure all preparation for next day arrivals is ready for the morning shift.
- Inform Housekeeping of early room check-outs at the start of their shift.
- Be knowledgeable of all property Management systems.
- Take responsibility for training the Front office team and maintain LRA standards.
- Coordinate with all other relevant departments regarding daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas and guest rooms to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage and resolve escalated guest issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and daily financial reconciliations.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star international hotel
- Fluency in Arabic or French; additional languages advantageous
- Experience in luxury resorts, preferably in tropical locations
- Proven leadership capabilities and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts
- Experience in managing multi-cultural teams
