As we prepare to enter the international luxury hospitality market, we are seeking an experienced, detail -oriented, and service-driven Executive Housekeeper to lead the resorts housekeeping operations, establish exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure that every guest enjoys an immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, suites, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and other designated areas of the resort. The role will also involve coordinating with Laundry, Front Office, Engineering, and other operational departments to ensure seamless daily operations and consistent service delivery.
The role requires a strong balance of operational leadership, meticulous attention to detail,team management, quality assurance, and financial awareness, ensuring that all accommodation and public areas reflect the resorts luxury positioning and comply with the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and maintenance.
The successful candidate will be accountable for housekeeping standards, room readiness,cleanliness and quality inspections, departmental productivity, cost control, inventory management, and team performance, while developing a culture of excellence, accountability,and personalised service. Through effective leadership and collaboration, the Executive Housekeeper will play a key role in protecting the resort's assets and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
