As we prepare to enter the international luxury hospitality market, we are seeking an experienced, service-oriented, and commercially driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead the resorts food and beverage operations, establish distinctive dining experiences, and drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, and management of the resorts food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars,lounges, in-room dining, banqueting, events, and other dining concepts across the property. The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, culinary and beverage knowledge,operational expertise, financial management, service excellence, and creative vision, ensuring that every dining experience reflects the resorts luxury positioning and meets the expectations of discerning international guests.
The successful candidate will be accountable for driving food and beverage revenue,profitability, cost control, service quality, guest satisfaction, and team performance, while developing innovative dining concepts, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation, and creating memorable gastronomic experiences that enhance the resorts reputation and overall guest experience.
