As we prepare to enter the international luxury hospitality market, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and commercially minded Spa / Wellness Manager to lead the resorts spa and wellness operations, develop a distinctive wellness offering, and create exceptional experiences that promote relaxation, wellbeing, and holistic rejuvenation
The Spa / Wellness Manager will be responsible for the overall management, development,
and performance of the resorts spa and wellness facilities, including treatment rooms,
relaxation areas, thermal facilities, fitness and wellness spaces, and associated services, as
applicable. The role will encompass treatment and service development, team leadership,
operational management, guest experience, and the implementation of wellness programmes
that reflect the resorts luxury positioning.
The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, wellness
expertise, commercial awareness, and personalised service, ensuring that the spa and wellness
offering meets the expectations of discerning international guests while creating a distinctive
point of difference for the resort.
The successful candidate will be accountable for guest satisfaction, treatment quality, service
standards, revenue generation, departmental profitability, team performance, and the effective
management of facilities and resources. Through innovative wellness concepts, tailored
treatments, fitness and relaxation experiences, and carefully curated programmes, the Spa /
Wellness Manager will contribute to the resort's reputation as a destination for luxury,
relaxation, and wellbeing.
