Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to deliver a private, resort-based driver service to all guests while taking full responsibility for the care and upkeep of Consensio vehicles. A strong focus is placed on ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
Additionally, this position includes hosting and housekeeping responsibilities within the chalet, supporting the team in providing a 5-star hospitality experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering a first-class driver service to all guests
- Proactive communication with colleagues to ensure an efficient and timely driver service for all our guests.
- Responsible for the driver phone, being on call for the guests during driver service hours.
- Being proactive in assisting guests with any general queries or special requests.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining Consensio vehicles and garages, ensuring they are presented to an excellent standard, and completing weekly vehicle reports.
- Minor chalet maintenance, with the knowledge to escalate issues to the appropriate person.
- Identify maintenance, health, and safety issues and notify the Chalet Manager accordingly.
- Clearing snow from all pathways leading to, and areas immediately surrounding, the chalet, including all terraces, balconies, and areas accessible to guests and staff.
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of various chalet facilities, including fires, hot tubs, and spa areas.
- Assisting with the safe transportation of staff and goods when required.
- A strong commitment to sustainability and actively supporting Consensio’s environmental initiatives.
