Spa Receptionist (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Spa reception service, providing a personalized and excellent welcome experience;
- Manage bookings and oversee the guest journey within the Spa;
- Provide detailed information about treatments, products, and available experiences;
- Actively promote Spa services and products;
- Coordinate therapists’ schedules and optimize space occupancy;
- Handle special requests, complaints, and suggestions with a focus on guest satisfaction;
- Ensure the preparation and organization of the reception and welcome areas;
- Work closely with therapy teams and other departments;
- Ensure compliance with the quality and service standards defined by the company.
