- Welcome, assist, and advise guests professionally, providing a memorable and relaxed experience;
- Ensure excellent table service according to the defined standards;
- Guarantee the preparation, organization, and presentation of the dining area before, during, and after service;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service;
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of spaces and equipment;
- Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP);
- Contribute to complaint resolution and continuous service improvement;
- Support the development of a positive and cooperative team environment.
