We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Associate to support our IT department in maintaining the organization’s computer systems, networks, and user support needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Windows operating environments, WAN networking, and troubleshooting a variety of IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users across the organization (in-person, via phone, or remote).
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of the organization's WAN, including routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist with user account management including Active Directory, email setup, and permissions.
- Support the setup and operation of IT equipment for meetings or presentations.
- Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and antivirus software.
- Document support issues and solutions in a ticketing or knowledge base system.
