Role Purpose
The purpose of these roles is to support the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic presentation of guest rooms and hotel facilities. You will help maintain the elegance and quality expected in a luxury resort, ensuring guests enjoy a flawless stay.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean, maintain, and present guest rooms and public areas to 5-star standards
- Assist with linen management, wardrobe repair, floral arrangements, and guest requests
- Ensure proper use of equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping tools
- Follow safety, hygiene, and operational checklists
- Report maintenance issues or irregularities
- Support daily operations and collaborate closely with the housekeeping team
Tasks & Duties by Position
Assistant (Housekeeping Assistant)
- Support supervisors with daily coordination
- Assist with distributing supplies, amenities, and linens
- Help maintain organization in pantries and storage areas
Houseman
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, elevators, and public areas
- Assist Room Attendants by delivering linen, removing trash, and supporting heavy tasks
- Ensure pantry areas are stocked and tidy
Attendant – Linen Room
- Manage linen inventory, issuing and receiving linens
- Operate laundry equipment when needed
- Ensure proper stocking, folding, and organization of all linen items
Room Attendant
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to luxury standards
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain room presentation
- Ensure accuracy in reporting room status and lost items
Attendant – Floral Design
- Prepare and maintain fresh floral arrangements for rooms and public areas
- Assist with event décor and seasonal floral displays
- Ensure flowers are fresh, aesthetically arranged, and replaced as needed
Seamstress – Wardrobe
- Repair, alter, and maintain uniforms, linens, and soft furnishings
- Manage wardrobe inventory and ensure items are in excellent condition
- Support special tailoring requests during events or peak seasons
