Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Driver’s duties include transportation of team members, dispatching, Airport transfers and proper maintenance of his/her vehicle while also ensuring safe driving at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
- Contact the Shift Leader/ Transport Coordinator for the daily planning.
- Be sure to listen properly and take well the notes.
- Write down all notes in the driver’s book.
- At the end of your working day report to the Shift Leader or Transport Coordinator all duties performed and also any other duties pending.
- Driver is fully in charge of the hotel Vehicle when taking on duty.
- The cleanliness of the car inside & outside.
- The spare wheel & tools.
- Fuel & Oil.
- Mileage and time of servicing.
- Any defection or problems report immediately to Shift Leader/Transport Coordinator
- Record mileage each time moving out of the hotel premises.
- Mutual check should be done on the Vehicle when handling over with the night driver.
Qualifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification:
- Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel industry.
- Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts.
Technical skills:
- Cleaning expertise.
- Physical stamina.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and another language, written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
