Job Summary
The Front Office trainee will be able to fully experience the front services of the Nobu Hotel Barcelona with a hands-on approach. After completing this program, the trainee will have learned how a real front services operation is managed with first-hand experience and will be fully immersed in the Nobu culture.
Essential Functions:
· Learn all aspects of the Nobu hotel Barcelona and all pertaining points of interest of the destination.
· Learn hotel room categories and basic information on outlets menus.
· Learn and perform all technical aspects of front services: how to check in/ check out guests, do rooms move, upsell rooms, allocate rooms, balance inventory, deliver luggage and packages, handling dining transfer reservations, etc.
· Learn and execute shift opening and closing procedures.
· Collect guest preferences and prepare for all VIP arrivals.
· Learn how to handle and efficiently resolve guest incidents and internal breakdowns.
