We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Ski Workshop Technician to join our team, based within Tiso Edinburgh Outdoor Experience. The Role
As a Ski Workshop Technician, you will carry out a wide range of servicing, including repairs, waxing, and binding adjustments. You’ll be confident working with workshop machinery and tools, with a commitment to high standards of safety, ensuring all equipment is prepared to the highest standard, ready for the slopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing ski servicing, including edge sharpening, waxing, and base repairs.
- Carrying out binding fitting, adjustment, and testing in line with company and manufacturer standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
- Delivering excellent service to customers, answering technical queries, and offering advice where needed
- Supporting the wider team during peak seasonal demand
About You
- Previous workshop experience is required, but specialist training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
- A genuine interest in winter sports
- Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively within a team
- A positive attitude
