We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Ski Workshop Technician to join our team, based within Tiso Edinburgh Outdoor Experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical ability and a passion for skiing to play a key role in delivering the high-quality servicing our customers expect.

Location: Tiso Edinburgh Outdoor Experience, 41 Commercial St, Leith, EH6 6JD

The Role

As a Ski Workshop Technician, you will carry out a wide range of servicing, including repairs, waxing, and binding adjustments. You’ll be confident working with workshop machinery and tools, with a commitment to high standards of safety, ensuring all equipment is prepared to the highest standard, ready for the slopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing ski servicing, including edge sharpening, waxing, and base repairs.
Carrying out binding fitting, adjustment, and testing in line with company and manufacturer standards
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
Delivering excellent service to customers, answering technical queries, and offering advice where needed
Supporting the wider team during peak seasonal demand

About You

Previous workshop experience is required, but specialist training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
A genuine interest in winter sports
Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively within a team
A positive attitude
