Under the responsibility of the Executive Housekeeper, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure you start your shift according to current conditions.
- Follow your schedule and accept any necessary changes based on occupancy.
- Comply with your managers' instructions.
- Guarantee the quality and upkeep of suites and common areas, in accordance with internal directives and procedures, and with a focus on meeting the expectations of a luxury clientele.
- Organize your work to always have the necessary cleaning products on hand to perform your tasks.
- Use cleaning products and equipment efficiently, as needed.
- Follow safety instructions for the use of cleaning products, including wearing the provided protective equipment.
- Adhere to the procedures for tidying and cleaning suites:
- Clean rooms according to established methods and techniques, and respect deadlines.
- Remove all trash while following recycling guidelines.
- Inform the housekeeper of any repairs or technical interventions required in the suites.
- Notify the housekeeper and security of any items found in a departed room or if a safe is left locked.
- Ensure that suite doors are always kept closed, whether occupied or not.
- Maintain and clean staff sanitary facilities and changing rooms.
- Assist the Head Linen Keeper.
- Help with inventories.
- Contribute to the proper management of storage areas.
- Foster good team cohesion.
- Perform any tasks requested by your superiors.
