Duties and Responsibilities
As Kids Club Host, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Plan, organize, conduct and create kids' activities.
Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children.
Setup Kids Club room and equipment prior to the children's arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.
Present the available activities to each family on arrival.
Ensure the cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene and sanitation of the Kids Club's area.
Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies.
Report any health or safety hazards to Kids Club Supervisor and Kids Club Manager.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Kids Club Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role.
Technical skills include MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives.
Fluent in French & English
