Under the supervision of the Spa Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Welcome and Follow-up:
- Schedule appointments in person and over the phone.
- Listen attentively to clients to identify their needs and expectations for treatments.
- Clearly explain each step of the treatment process.
- Anticipate client needs and build customer loyalty.
- When not providing treatments, ensure the spa reception is covered.
Hygiene and Safety:
- Prepare your workstation while respecting ambiance factors.
- Ensure cabins and equipment meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain perfect organization of the cabin (hygiene, necessary treatment supplies, ambient fragrance, music), cultural codes of care, and hygiene and safety rules.
- Maintain the spa (hygiene, safety, linens, decor, etc.).
- Adhere to the dress code and maintain a professional appearance in line with the hotel’s brand image.
Aesthetic Treatment Techniques:
- Perform wellness, comfort, and massage techniques in accordance with established protocols.
Sales:
- Identify client needs and design personalized treatment programs and recommend suitable products.
- Advise and sell spa-specific products and services.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Spa Booker software is a plus.
- Promote our partner brands to clients and various partners in the resort.
- Drive sales.
Management:
- Be responsible for organizing your cabin.
- Maintain client records (and cardex in collaboration with reception/concierge).
