The Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering marketing support across multiple venues, with a primary focus on digital marketing, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and event-related initiatives. This role demands a strategic blend of creativity, precision, and organizational efficiency. Core responsibilities include the execution of digital campaigns and the consistent implementation of high-quality, brand-aligned marketing across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
· Develop and manage content calendars for social media across all venue accounts, fostering audience engagement, responding to inquiries, and monitoring overall brand sentiment
· Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and produce visually engaging digital assets (e.g., stories, reels, posts, email headers)
· Write compelling and brand-consistent copy for digital platforms
· Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and return on investment
· Monitor digital campaign performance using analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
· Prepare comprehensive reports on digital content performance, with a focus on continuous improvement
· Oversee and maintain content on corporate and venue websites
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns designed to engage, retain, and convert target audiences
POS Marketing:
· Coordinate venue requests for marketing materials such as table menus, tent cards, posters, and related collateral
· Develop clear and concise briefs for the design team, ensuring timely execution and delivery
· Conduct venue visits to assess the placement, condition, and brand alignment of all POS materials
Event Marketing Support:
· Partner with venue teams to promote events, seasonal activations, and special initiatives
· Provide detailed creative briefs for the production of event-related marketing assets, including invitations, menus, posters, and digital content
· Support on-site event execution where necessary, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand standards
Qualifications & Assets:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
· 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong digital focus, preferably within hospitality, events, or F&B sectors
· Demonstrated ability to manage and produce digital content across multiple platforms
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp
· Strong written communication skills, particularly in copywriting for digital media
· Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and innovation
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, venue partners, and external vendors
