Then we are looking for you for the coming winter season 2025/2026 as a Supervisor in Room Service!
Your motto is to be a perfect and endearing host to every guest. Together with the entire service team, you will ensure the culinary experience of our guests in our Room Service Outlet.
Your main tasks include:
* Coordinating with Waiter/ Waitress & Minibar Attendant.
* Responsible for taking orders by phone and correct booking in POS communication to service and kitchen.
* active explanation and sale of all food/drinks offered as well as offering alternatives.
* Monitoring of utilities, supplies and removal of waste.
* Ensuring that the workplace and its surroundings are always kept clean and organised.
* Organising and carrying out preparation and follow-up tasks.
* Dealing courteously and efficiently with guest enquiries and complaints and reporting to supervisor(s).
* Competent use of the POS system to the level of training required in the department.
* Support with stocktaking of products and work equipment.
* Supervision of service and taking over instructions for the team
