* Serving food and drinks and replenishing the food and drinks buffet
* Participation in weekly training courses
* Working according to Kempinski standards
* Welcoming and looking after guests
* Bread, butter and water service
* Food running from the kitchen pass to the various outlets
* Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening
* Daily mise en place work and buffet service
* Cleaning work in the restaurant and office
