We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sommelier to join our innovative restaurant team for the coming 2025/26 winter season!
* Sales and recommendations of selected wines
* Management of our wine cellar and stock control
* Monthly inventories and preparation of wine lists
* Ordering of new wines
* Active sales and advice to our guests in the selection of food and beverages, especially in the context of our wines
* Welcoming and looking after guests
* Organisation of wine tastings and events
* Collaboration with the kitchen team, to optimally coordinate wine pairings with our range of dishes
* Table service
* Maintaining contacts with winegrowers and wine merchants
* Assistance with breakfast service and a la carte service in the evening
* Daily mise en place work
* Participation in weekly training courses
* Working to Kempinski standards
