* Deputising for the restaurant manager
* Knowledge of all services and products offered by the hotel
* Offering and selling products
* Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace
* Managing a station
* Handling guest enquiries, complaints and feedback
* Operating the existing POS system
* Attending and participating in all planned staff meetings, departmental training and training courses initiated by the hotel
* Assisting with the implementation of planned inventories of products and equipment
* Assisting with the management of the service department
