InterContinental Malta is looking to recruit a Stewarding Supervisor to join their team on a full/part-time basis. Reporting directly to the Chief Steward, the Stewarding Supervisor will assist with the efficient and effective operation of the Stewarding Department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily tasks across multiple kitchens.
- Ensure adherence to kitchen hygiene standards in our various F&B Outlets
- Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and H&S Standards
- Providing leadership to the Kitchen Stewards
- Being responsible for the Shift
