REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
* Qualified waiter
* Preferably two years of work experience, including one year in serving
* Knowledge of two foreign languages is desirable
* Communicative, friendly, and guest-oriented
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Welcoming and serving guests with food and drinks, setting up the
dining room and other areas for daily operations
* Taking orders, blocking them, issuing bills, and processing payments
* Calculating the daily revenue and cash, with a specification to be
submitted to the cashier
* Ensuring cleanliness and appearance of the tables
* Independently resolving simple guest complaints
* Implementing
safety measures and using protective equipment in the workplace
