REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma
* No prior work experience required
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* Welcomes and directs guests to the reception, accommodation units, and
other areas of the facility
* Knowledgeable about the facility's content and services, providing
guests with information about them
* Manages traffic and parking in front of the facility entrance
* Receives, issues, and records guest luggage in the facility's
cloakroom
* Carries and transports guest luggage to rooms upon arrival and from
rooms upon departure
* Familiar with and applies SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) of the
reception department
* Knowledgeable
of and applies workplace safety regulations
