We are pleased to offer Breakfast Chef & Host positions across our three resorts: Val d’Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on role, supporting the chef and chalet team in creating an exceptional 5-star experience. With a strong focus on delivering seamless, personalised service, you will play a key role in crafting unforgettable, tailor-made holidays for each guest.
As part of an elite chalet team, you will take primary responsibility for breakfast service while also contributing to the smooth operation of the chalet alongside fellow hosts and the chauffeur. You will work to a rota as part of a larger team to complete the following tasks:
Breakfast Chef Responsibilities:
- Prepare both cooked and continental breakfasts up to six days per week.
- Collaborate with the head chef and guests to design a breakfast menu, including a unique daily special tailored to each day of the guests' stay.
- Provide afternoon tea cakes and savory options on the chef’s days off, accommodating specific guest preferences and requests.
- Record and accommodate all guest dietary requirements, ensuring suitable meal options are consistently available.
- Manage stock levels of breakfast ingredients, using company processes to order and purchase supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment, with thorough cleaning completed at the end of each service.
- Handle cash and receipts responsibly when purchasing supplies for the chalet.
- Support the chef as needed, including assisting with the preparation of staff meals.
Chalet Host Responsibilities:

Hosting: This can involve all food and beverage service for our guests, inclusive of drinks and snacks service throughout the day, afternoon tea and evening meal.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping of all guests and back of house areas, including the spa area. A full linen change in all guest bedrooms midweek and on changeover day.
- Driving Duties: Providing the in-resort driving service for guests as needed. Some driving may also be required for chalet shopping.
- Account for money used from chalet float and provide receipts for all purchases.
