Your Mission
Ensure our chalets are fully booked each season by delivering outstanding guest experiences from first enquiry to final booking, while promoting our brand and values through smart, effective marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into bookings with tailored advice and excellent customer care
- Achieve monthly revenue targets across sales and marketing channels
- Manage and optimise the systems and data flows (CRM, pricing tools, booking platforms) that support the sales and marketing journey
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC, SEO)
- Maintain accurate pricing and availability across all platforms (website, Airbnb, etc.)
- Drive lead generation and identify new sales opportunities
- Track and optimize marketing performance
- Create compelling content and collaborate on design assets
- Conduct chalet viewings and maintain up-to-date website content
- Promote our sustainable values and identify like-minded clients
- Support dynamic pricing strategy based on demand and market trends
- Collaborate closely with PR, guest services and operations teams
You’ll Bring
- Proven sales success and minimum 3 years previous experience in a relevant role
- Marketing experience across digital and traditional channels
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Confidence in outreach and pitching
- Solid organisational and software skills
- Self-starter attitude with excellent time management
- Driving license + car. The role is based in Morzine and the surrounding area
- Flexibility to adapt to seasonal demand, with peak activity from December to February

- €30k salary + uncapped commission. OTE €35-40k in year 1
