We are pleased to offer Chalet Manager (Ultimate) positions across our three resorts: Val d’Isère, Méribel, and Courchevel.
Role Overview:
This is a dynamic and hands-on position, leading the chalet team in delivering an exceptional 5-star guest experience. The primary focus is on outstanding customer service, with the key aim of providing world-class hospitality and creating unforgettable moments for every guest.
As a Chalet Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the running of your chalet, with the support of your team. This includes managing the front of house, driver and housekeeping services in your property. This is a highly rewarding role involving frequent interaction with both guests and team members. You will work a variety of shifts as part of a collaborative team, covering the full range of services outlined below.
Main Responsibilities:

Customer Service Delivery:
- Meal services including breakfast, afternoon tea and a formal evening meal. Maintaining high standards of service and catering within your property by managing your team and offering feedback or support when appropriate.

Driver Service: Coordinating the driver service to ensure guests are safely and professionally transported within the resort. Additionally, you will be required to provide the driver service during the driver's days off.

Housekeeping Service: Supervision of the chalet hosts and housekeepers ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.

Concierge Service:
- Using information provided by the guests and sales department prior to the guests arrival in resort, you will make any required bookings and confirm those that have already been made. This can include restaurants, ski school, ski hire and in-resort activities.
- Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and special requests are met at the earliest opportunity.

Account and Budgets:
- Timely completion of weekly chalet accounts.
- Collaboration with the Chalet Chef to ensure that food budgets are managed.
- Management of petty cash.

Administration:
- Weekly reports.
- Weekly rotas and timesheets.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with company head office colleagues including finance, HR, operations and sales.

Chalet Maintenance: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues accurately and in a timely manner to the relevant person.
- Team Management: Provide ongoing feedback to your team, offering training where appropriate. You may also be required to provide in depth training for any mid-season new starters.
- Environmental Responsibility: Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and actively supporting Consensio’s environmental initiatives.
