The Role
We are looking for a Chef to support our kitchen team, focusing on dinner service, with flexibility to help with lunch and breakfast when needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is comfortable working with limited resources, and is passionate about working with Arctic ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals, focusing on dinner service.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assist with menu preparation and develop dishes featuring Arctic ingredients like seal, reindeer, and whale.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met at all times.
