We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries

-Handle reservations and guest requests

-Maintain a smooth and efficient front desk operation

-Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude

-Provide concierge services, including arranging activities, tours, and local recommendations

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in customer service or reception

-Strong communication and organizational skills

-Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Scandinavian language skills are a plus

-Independent, solution-oriented, and able to handle hectic situations

-Able to work any shifts, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and nights if needed

-A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach

-Experience with MEWS PMS, Booking.com, Expedia, and Travelize is an advantage
