Located in Hatta, United Arab Emirates, we specialise in providing unforgettable outdoor education experiences to international school groups across Dubai and the UAE. From immersive residential school programs to DofE IA expeditions and Field Studies excursions, we offer a diverse array of activities across three different sites.

Requirements:

Previous experience working within the outdoor industry
DBS
First Aid Qualification
Minimum of 1 relevant outdoor qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

DoE IA Expedition Assessor
CWI/RCI
Paddlesport Instructor
Lifeguard
Valid Driving License

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary of 4000 AED, increasing with qualifications, experience, and role.
Flight allowance bonus, paid upon completion of contract.
Working visa
3 weeks staff training, including external First Aid certificate.
Off-site accommodation, all bills are covered by the company
All meals provided during camp days
Company cars are free to use for days off and adventures!
Activity equipment/facilities at Hatta Fort Hotel (e.g., swimming pools, gym, etc.) are all free to use on days off.
