Continuous day shifts without a break
- Supervision of the service department and, depending on experience, also housekeeping, comprising approximately 25 employees with all associated responsibilities.
- Ensuring efficient processes through proactive deployment planning
- Ensuring a high-quality service
- Various administrative tasks such as ordering and managing the wine cellar
